I started a business in 2017 but made no income. I have business deductions though. I also work a regular job that I need to file for also. What do I use? Self employed?

Yes, you would need to use the TurboTax Self-Employed to record those business expenses on your Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business

Those deductions/expenses could also help lower your taxable income, to a certain limit.
