I started my 2017 taxes on TurboTax, but finished them elsewhere. Will this affect my 2018 taxes if I file on TurboTax again?

No. You can sign into your account, the same one you used last year, and file your 2018 tax return. Your 2017 return will show Incomplete, but it won't affect this year's tax return.
