I started my return for 2017 but never finished it. I need to file for 2017 and 2018 however it is telling me I have to pay for plus first. Where do I do that?

To access the 2017 info (if you used the FREE version last year) so you can complete the prior year return on the downloaded 2017 program you have to pay for the 2018 program ...
