Question

I started my return online planning on paying at the end. I then bought the home and business turbo at sams. instal on my computer and started and completed my tax retur

it did not show that I already had used my product key. it only shows my incomplete first attempt to complete. how can I get past this?

Please clarify the issue,

you started by using TurboTax Online

You bought and installed Desktop

Did you move your online file to the desktop?

Did you start new with Desktop?

Do you have more than one file in Desktop? (You can have up to 5) ?
