I started to enter for a w2 and its a 1099-R cant go back to takeit off

To delete the unwanted W-2, search for W-2 (upper- or lower-case, with or without the dash) inside your TurboTax program and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results.

This brings you to the Here's your W-2 info screen. Click Delete next to the unwanted W-2 and then answer Yes on the following screen.

Alternate Instructions:

Click Federal Taxes
Then click Wages & Income
On the Your Income screen, click Edit next to Job (W-2).
On the Here's Your W-2 Information screen, click the trash can next to the W-2 you would like to delete.
