I stayed only for 2 months in Texas and rest in India. How can i file the tax?

You could be either a US nonresident or a dual-status resident depending on the exact details.  However, Texas has no state tax regardless of your US tax status.  You will either file a US Resident return under dual-tax status rules or File 1040 NR as a nonresident.  If you need to file 1040NR, please use our sister service Sprintax
