I still got Failed_Validation error as of April 15, 2025 when Efile

I still got the error when I tried to eFile last night, and there is also some text like "State filed is not found in Federal return etc."

"FAILED_VALIDATION. There is an update available for your version of TurboTax. Before you can file electronically, you'll need to get this update. To do this, go to the Online menu and select Check for Updates."

Try these options to fix the issue you are having

If you are using TurboTax Online

Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
Check on your internet connection
Try using a different web browser

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

Make sure the software is updated.
If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.

** If you are using the phone/tablet app, try changing to laptop/computer if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, switch to a web browser within your phone or tablet, and sign in from there.

The software is updated many times, I also have rebooted my laptop many times. I don't have firewall nor antivirus running on my computer. I will try again later and hopefully I can call in support line for real time support. Thanks.
