Question

I still need to pay my 2022 taxes. Is there a place on can do that on Turbo Tax or do I have to send it directly to the IRS?

If your 2022 tax return was filed and accepted by the IRS, then you will need to pay the IRS directly for any balance due that you owe.  Use this link to see some of your options:  Make a Payment
 

If you did not complete the filing process for your 2022 tax return, then you may need to purchase and download a version of the 2022 TurboTax program so that you can complete and file the return.  You will still pay the taxes owed to the IRS, not TurboTax, but when you actually file the return you may see some options available through the program to accomplish this.
