A rep from the IRS told me the IRS was able to pull up the 1095A forms. I just submitted the 8962 without 1095a form and wanted to know if it will delay my refund any further?
As the IRS has a copy of your 1095-A and can match it with what you have entered, this should not unduly delay your refund any further.
