Question

I think I already registered for the free edition but haven’t filed taxes yet. How can I clear the form and start over?

I need to start over. How do I do that?

Once you register your account, you cannot clear and start over.  You would need to either create a new account or delete the information you entered. 

 

If you have not registered you will click Tax Tools>>Tools>>Clear and Start Over

 

If you have registered you can click Tax Tools>>Tools>>Delete a form, then delete the forms in the return.  This will allow you to get rid of most of the information but not all of it.
