Question

I think I made a mistake on the return and need to clear and start over. Help keeps telling me to go to the menu and select clear but I don't see a menu anywhere.

In TurboTax online while operating in a browser like Chrome or Firefox, there is a black menu bar on the left hand side.  Near the bottom you will see "Tax Tools".  Click there and the dropdown will have "Clear & Start Over". 

 

Here is a link that will help.

 

As long as you haven't paid or printed/e-filed you can use this function.
