Yes, you can file your state return this year. You will have to download the TurboTax Desktop CD/Download program to a Windows or Mac computer. 

 

You will have to file the return by mail.

 

I would check to see what the status of your state return is before you begin. The best place to find that information is the "Where is My Refund" tool at your state Department of Revenue site.

 

You will have to call a TurboTax Customer Service rep to download the TurboTax Desktop program for free.
