You can follow the instructions listed in the following TurboTax FAQ to clear and start your return over as long as you haven't paid or registered yet.

My turbo tax is charging me a total of 119.99 dollars to file, 39 for deluxe, 39 for state and 39 to file my taxes, you have been advertising for free free free free and its not

Agreed. This is a complete scam. Arrived at the end to get slammed with $120 in fees and then advised to "clear and restart". All that accomplished was another hour of my time down the drain. Refilled everything in and then...BOOM! I'm hit with another $120 jack-in-the-box. Should've known not to twist that stupid lever again.
