Same thing happened to me! Never using Turbo Tax again. Too many hidden fees or "gotcha" tricks. You only get overcharged upon filing, but their instructions on how to avoid extra charges will only come up AFTER you have filed, so it's a no-win situation. Casebook Catch-22. I am not happy about this.

The first step in filing your tax return in TurboTax is where you view your charges and authorize payment to TurboTax. There are no charges after that.
