In order to complete your tax filing, you must walk through the 3 step "File" process.  To do so, click "File" from the left side of your screen and walk through the steps. You must choose to e-file or mail your return.

If you e-file your return, you can check your status here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/wheres-my-refund/.  

If you mail your return, you can check your status here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds.
