I am filling out the Kansas return. The software keeps telling me over and over that I need to enter an appraised value for my home, but it won't take it. I've already paid the efile fee, and I think I paid it TWICE because it asked me a 2nd time and I got two notices from my credit card.
1) How can i switch from e-file to mail/paper filing?
2) How can I get the e-file fee refunded?
