I took paid family leave, but that amount was included in box 1 for my income. Do I still need to select PFL in the "uncommon situations" section?

If your Paid Family Leave is paid by your employer and included in Box 1 of your W-2, then on the screen, Let's check for uncommon situations; don't check the box Paid family leave.
