I tried to download NYS partnership and NYC partnership, but the system kept reflecting a screen that says "hmm.... it looks like we've hit a slight snag. Try Again".

I have removed all the cookies and even uninstalled Turbo Tax. After reinstalling, the error message showed up again when trying to download NYS partnership return.

    Try to manually update your return in TurboTax:

     

    1. Close TurboTax and all other programs
    2. Select this link to download the 319 MB update.
    3. Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
    4. Double-click the update file w_perrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.

    We don't offer manual updates for TurboTax state software. If you need to update your state, here are your options.
