I tried to sign my agreement between me and Turbo Tax and it said my Full name does not match ?

    You will need to clear you cache and cookies.  Follow the steps in the links below to clear:

     

    If you are still having issues after clearing cache and cookies.  Go back to "my info" in the federal return.  Delete your name and reenter.  Once reenter go back to the consent page and resubmit.
