I turned 65 in August 6,2018 . How do I show this is why I didn't pay for anymore Marketplace Health Insurance?

The IRS already knows you had both Marketplace insurance and Medicare last year.  To reconcile your Premium Tax Credit for 2018, in your Health Care interview, you will choose the radio button for I had insurance all year.

Then you will enter your 1095-A for the part of the year you were in the Marketplace.  If you do not have entries for the months August through December - or if your form 1095-A has zeroes - please leave those boxes blank in TurboTax.
