Please follow the instructions below to delete the carryover worksheet:

Open your return, if it's not already open.
Click on the Federal Tab under State Tax Refund
Scroll until correct form is found, and Delete the offending number

"my account > tools" not showing on my return. I went to the federal section under state tax refunds, found the form there, and deleted the offending number.
