Question

I understand that I am not required to file an IN return since I only work in the state. Although, your service forced me to and it was rejected.

Also, Locality is blank on my paper and though Trubotax says to leave it blank if thats the case it still says you have to fill it out.

I believe what you mean is that you work in Indiana but do not live there. If so, then you do need to file as a non-resident there.

You would have to indicate what locality you worked in so that the local tax could be adequately accounted for.
