To report your wages, you have several options Report it yourself by entering the details from the left menu>Federal>Income & Wages>Job (W-2) Edit/Add by snapping a photo (Be sure you take a picture in a bright room and that the picture is clear of your W-2) by importing from your employer If there are still issues, I recommend you Clear your cache and cookies (the link describes the specific steps for different browsers) Sign out of TurboTax In general, hold down Ctrl+Shift+Del. Under the Basic tab, clear data for at least 24 hours, but preferably 7 days Close your browser window Re-open TurboTax
