I use turbotax business software done with my return, and I can automatically transfer its information to the turbotax state sotware. Why and how I can go about it?

last year, when I done with my Fed Business return, and I was able to download the State Business software and transfer all my Fed information to the State. This year, it isn't the case. How can I go about it?
