I used a Christian healthshare network..I think I need to fill out a form..how to do this with turbo..

Yes, you are correct.  A Christian healthshare network, while not a qualified health plan, does allow you an exception to the penalty.  You will need to enter this information in the Health Insurance section.  You will select that you did not have qualifying health insurance, and that will bring up the penalty screen.  The following Screenshot will help you find this:
