I used Deluxe to file my 2016 return. I now need H&B in order to do a irrevocable trust return. Can I just upgrade to H&B or do I need to buy a separate copy of H&B?

A Trust tax return, Form 1041, can only be completed using the TurboTax Business Edition, not the Home and Business Edition. The Business Edition is a separate program from the personal editions of TurboTax. The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based computer, not on a Mac or online.
