Question

I used the TurboTax downloaded software for Mac to generate and mail my 2019 returns. How do I upload the data file (.tax2019) on my Mac to the online service?

I tried transferring feature under the Tax Tool menu option, but I get an error message that the file is not a tax file or it is corrupted.  This is the case.  I can still open it using the downloaded software.
