I used Turbo for free online filing and I need my .tax file

I used Turbo for free online filing and I need my .tax file   

When I want to click on the file to download it says I need to purchase the TT software.  Well I did that that at Costco, but I'd like to have my file.

PLEASE HELP

    Can you please clarify, did you use TurboTax Online to file your tax return or the TurboTax software you purchased from Costco?
