I used Turbotax to file 2018, why doesn't it show in my history ?

I started Turbotax 2019 on a Windows 7 platform and now I can't use it. I'm using  a computer with Windows 10 now, but I can not access my started and paid for Turbotax 2019. How can I access my paid program ?

First, please clarify exactly what product you have been using for your 2019 return on the Windows 7 computer and the Windows 10 computer--Online TurboTax or the desktop software?    Underneath your question it says "Online TurboTax," so if you're preparing it online the operating system shouldn't matter.

 

Or did you buy desktop software (CD/download)?

 

You also mentioned TurboTax return for 2018.   How was it prepared--in Online TurboTax or in 2018 desktop software?
