Question

I usually file with Turbo Tax, but I used H&R Block this year because of the lower price. How can I update that information to this app?

If you completed and filed a 2019 tax return using HRB, then there is no reason for you to use the TurboTax online editions for 2019. 

If you started entry of a 2019 return using TurboTax, clear your return and sign off the account.

 

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
