Question

I've already e-filed my federal and California taxes, but I'm wondering if my SMLLC CA 568 form was e-filed with my personal return, or if I have to mail it.

Some pages on my return say "DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE FTB", but form 568 does not specifically says whether I should or shouldn't mail it. I can't find anything that specifically says it was transmitted or not.

Once you e-file, all of your forms are transmitted. TurboTax will prompt you to mail a form, only if it's required. Refer to the following Help Article for more information: Do I need to mail anything after I've e-filed?
