I’ve been double charged from turboTax, how do I take off one charge?

Are you asking in regard to Online TurboTax?   What all are you being charged for?   We may be able to tell you how to remove something.   In another comment that follows this one, I'll also tell you how to phone TurboTax Customer Support to discuss any fee/billing issue.

Are you able to list your fees?  (don't post any personal info in this public forum)

Are you you using Online Deluxe and preparing both a Federal and State return?  If so, they both have a preparation fee.

Be aware that if you choose to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund, there is an extra $40 service fee ($45 for California filers where it appears on the order as "Premium Services"--not to be confused with the Premium Edition.)

Also if you choose the "up to 5 days early" refund option, that can have a $35 fee for some filers.   It also has caused problems for some filers.  IMO, I would not do that.
