Question

I've completed, reviewed, all my information. When I get to the final step to electronically file, TurboTax takes me through the last steps again and again. Any Ideas?

All information is accurate.  I've paid their fees with my c.card.  Here is a screen I've completed at least three times "OK, let's get some details about your driver's license."
