Question

I’ve completed the “Business Credits” section multiple times, and expect a result of $0. However TurboTax still says the section is “Not Started”.

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue related to "not started":

     

    1. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues with TurboTax not recognizing completed sections. This can refresh the page and potentially fix the problem.
    2. Run a Final Review: If you are able to run the final Review with no issues, you can ignore the "Needs Review" note for entries you know are correct. 
      • TurboTax will let you know if you need to make changes when you run Review - something you can do at any time and still go back to work on your return. 
      • Just be sure you have no review errors before you choose to file your return.
