Question

I've filed my taxes but for they past few years they have been rejected, I am trying to figure out how to fix this, but I'm wondering if it will still make me eligible to receive the stimulus payment?

I'm still working on trying to figure how to fix my rejected filings, but will my information on rejected filings still show as available to receive the payment?

When you say "rejected", do you mean that they couldn't be efiled, or do you mean that the IRS audited your returns/corrected your returns? This makes a difference. If the e-file was never accepted by the IRS, then they do not have your information. However, if they were e-filed, and you are working through IRS correspondence, you may qualify to receive the payment. Please click here to access the stimulus calculator.
