Question

I've put in all the info i have for my 1099G and keeps saying Needs Review, even though when I click the question mark to help, it says i can leave it blank?

It says I need box 10b- the State identification number and the Locality box. I dont have either of those

If you have an amount in box 11 (state income tax withheld) then TurboTax requires an entry in boxes 10a and 10b.

10a is very likely the two character state abbreviation ("MI"), but we in the Community do not know what value would be appropriate for box 10b. I would encourage you to contact the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency and ask them would value belongs in box 10b.
