I've requested a refund long time ago - I haven't used the service once & it was purchased by a mistake

I’m writing to follow up on a refund request I submitted some time ago. I accidentally purchased a TurboTax service and have not used it at all since the transaction. The purchase was made by mistake, and I realized it shortly afterward.

Despite submitting a refund request, I have not received any response or update. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and assist with processing the refund as soon as possible.

    First, how did you submit your refund request?   Did you use the online refund request form?  If so, you should have a tracking number, and you can use the form at the bottom of the page at the link below to "Track a refund request" (see image).
