I've worked at multiple businesses and one of them hasnt sent my W-2 yet can I file the ones that I have right now and then do that one when it comes in?

You should wait until all of your forms are in. If you file without a W-2 you'll have to amend later. You cannot e-file an amended return.  They have to be mailed, and it takes about 16 weeks for the IRS to process an amended return.
