Question

I wanna know if so far my taxes are right. To continue, and if that balance of more that 2,000 its negative?

Are you referring to the ‘refund meter’ in the upper left hand corner of the screen?  Please clarify.

 

The meter recalculates with each piece of data that is entered.  Add income, refund tends to go down.  Add deductible expenses, refund tends to go up.  Only the final number is the one that matters.
