Do you mean you want your refund mailed to you? You can choose to have a check mailed to you---you must not have read the screens carefully enough to see that option. If you want a check mailed to you by the IRS you have to pay your TurboTax fees upfront with a credit or debit card. You cannot choose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund if you want a check mailed to you.

If by "tax return" you mean you want a copy of your Form 1040 mailed to you, you have to print it for yourself. TurboTax does not mail it to you.
