But did you submit yet?  

If you have not filed yet or your efile rejects, you can change your refund method and bank info by going through the File tab again.  If your return was Accepted then it's too late to change it.  If your bank rejects the deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.

Once a tax return has been e-filed it cannot be retrieved, canceled or changed.  Your method of receiving the tax refund cannot be changed once the tax return was e-filed.  If for some reason the IRS rejects the tax return then you can make changes and re-file.

The IRS will not be accepting 2019 tax returns until on and after January 27.
