I want to complete 'let's finish CA now' but it won't let me. What do I do?

my state return is not complete. how do I finish?

    Is the program not responding at all, or is there an explanation or error showing?

     

    Try exiting TurboTax, check your internet connection, reboot your device, and then try again.

     

    The Federal return needs to be complete before you can finish the state return. Then, be sure to complete the State interview questions.

     

    If you need a particular California form that isn't yet available, this could delay your completing the return. See this Forms Availability Tool. Most California forms are ready, but a few more are expected to be ready later this month.
