    Unfortunately, once a TurboTax account is created, it cannot be deleted. 

     

    However, if you haven't submitted payment or registered your product, you can follow these steps to erase your data:

     

    1. Open your return 
    2. Select Tax Tools from the left menu
    3. Choose Clear & Start Over
    4. Select Yes to confirm
