If you'd like to change your method of filing from e-file to "file by mail", you'll be able to do that. Revisit the FILE portion of your TurboTax interview. You'll see where you're asked how you'd like to file. You can select to e-file your federal return and to print and file by mail for your state return. See the instructions I'm linking below for full instructions.
