I want to do a personal return and I keep getting sent to business taxes. What am I doing wrong?

What Turbo Tax site should I use to do a personal return?

What version are you using? Did you buy the Desktop Home & Business program? If you are using the Online version it only does personal returns. What is it asking you?

If you are using the installed Home & Business version then skip the Business tab and click on Personal. Or did you pick the wrong kind of return? Did you accidentally get into the section to Prepare W2 & 1099Misc? Go up to File - New Return and pick the circle to do an individual tax return.

What are you trying to enter when it sends you to "business" taxes? Do you mean you have self-employment income and it is trying to have you complete a Schedule C for business expenses? We cannot see which version of the software you are using. Are you using the CD/download or are you using online TurboTax?
