Question

I want to down load my Fidelity investments to Turbotax, but it want to sign-in Turbotax account first. it is not required for Etrade investments down load. Why?

When I tried to down load my Fidelity investments into Turbotax,  this Turbotax asks me the sign-in Turbotax account first.  But when I down load Etrade Investments, Turbotax did not ask me to sign-in Turbotax account first, and directly link to Etrade and sign in my Etrade ID and password.  However, when I sign-in my Turbotax account, I still can not go into Fidelity account to down load my investments.  

Please help!

    There are a couple of things you can try. Can you try the steps provided below to see if that resolves your issue:

     

    • Log completely out of your TurboTax account
    • Clear cache and delete cookies
    • Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue

    You can also try using a different web browser. Some of these steps have worked for other individuals.
