I want to file for free and I am stuck on the page to choose and pay for a product. I don't want a product but I can't get past this page. What do I do?

Did you start for free? TurboTax might need you to upgrade for certain forms.

You might be better off using IRS FreeFile.

If you do use the IRS site, TurboTax won't have a copy for you next year, so be sure to save a copy of your return.
