I want to make my tax payment on 4/26/17 how do I get that option

You cannot do that via TT. The latest date is April 18.
Select that you will mail a check, and then do so on April 26. Or, you can pay directly on the IRS website. In either case, you will owe interest and perhaps a penalty.
