I want to make one payment but ya'll have put it as four payments and I can't find where to change it

No. Those four 1040ES vouchers are not for making payments for your 2022 tax due. Those are for paying quarterly estimated payments for 2023 taxes so that you can avoid a big tax bill and/or underpayment penalty at tax time next year. They are optional---you do not have to use them.

If you are mailing a check or money order to pay your 2022 tax due, use the voucher that says 1040V on it. That one shows how much you owe and need to pay by April 18, 2023 and it has the mailing address on it.
