TurboTax does not support tax year 2016.  A 2016 tax return filed with a tax refund will have the refund forfeited since the 2016 return was filed more than 3 years after the due date of the 2016 return, ie. April 15, 2020.

 

To complete and file a 2017 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2017 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

 

A 2017 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
